Studio Online Terms of Agreement:
No long term contract is required, however, to have the setup fee waived you must continue service for a minimum of three months. If service is canceled before three months the $150 setup fee will be charged.
Cancellation Policy:
Notification of cancellation must be received in writing 10 business days before next billing.
Notification of cancellation can be emailed to cancel@minutesmatter.com or mailed to Minutes Matter, 796 New Shackle Island Rd., Hendersonville TN 37075.
You will receive a confirmation email once we receive notice that you wish to cancel your Studio Online subscription.
